We are comprehensive Engineering Services company with more than 30 year experience. The team at THD Design Group provides Civil Engineering Design, Geotechnical Engineering, Land Surveying and Construction Management for both the public and private sectors. Our expertise, combined with state-of-the-art technology, provides each project with increased efficiency and accuracy. We provide expertise and technology necessary to execute a project from preliminary design, mapping and ultimately to the final design stage when the project is ready for bid and construction. Then, we provide construction support through plan clarification and contractor and field surveyor coordination. Our Engineering staff has provided economical and efficient designs for numerous projects, ranging from single family residential, large commercial and industrial developments and municipal projects.
THD Design group is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Invoice and Payment Processing:
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Proposal/Order Processing:
- Process proposals accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct; coordinating with the project managers.
- Manage the flow of project documentation, ensuring all documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic, for all project documents.
Communication and Liaison:
- Facilitate effective communication within the Civil Design team and with other departments such as accounting, field crews, and executive team.
- Act as a liaison between the Civil Design team and external stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
- Work with field crews to coordinate timesheets into the project scope.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry preferred.
- Familiarity with civil design processes and terminology preferred.
- Accounts Receivable/collections experience a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
