Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Scanning
  • Review work orders, audit them for accuracy
  • Communicate with customers via email
  • Secure proper purchase orders and pass off to billing dept.
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Needs to be tech savvy
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
