Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Scanning
- Review work orders, audit them for accuracy
- Communicate with customers via email
- Secure proper purchase orders and pass off to billing dept.
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to solve problems
- Needs to be tech savvy
- Must be proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
