Position: Legal Administrative Assistant

Full Time

Location: Allentown, PA location (in office daily)

Salary Range: Undisclosed

We have openings in our growing Business Services, Domestic Relations and Estate Planning teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Open new files, prepare conflicts checks and draft engagement letters.

· Draft, edit and finalize emails and letters.

· Manage attorneys’ calendars and assist with tracking deadlines.

· Maintain client matter files.

· Liaison between client and attorney and responds to clients calls in a timely manner.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned in support of attorneys.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

· Position requires an independent, self-motivated, detail oriented and flexible individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both within and outside the firm.

· Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.

· Willingness to learn and be adaptable.

· Extremely proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· The ability to proactively follow through.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

· Legal Administrative Assistant experience preferred in mid- to large size law firm.
