Responsibilities:

• Operate clam truck machinery to load tree debris (logs, brush)
• Transport materials safely and efficiently between jobsites and designated dumpsites
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (pre-trip/post-trip) and report issues
• Ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized jobsites
• Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid CDL is required: CDL A or CDL B works for this position
• Demonstrated experience operating heavy equipment, particularly clam trucks or similar
• Solid understanding of safe material handling and transportation practices
• Knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations
• Physical ability to handle demanding tasks and work outdoors
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude
