Position Description

Responsible for the proper recording and reporting of the District's financial activity, general accounting, construction accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, assisting with the District’s budget development and monitoring processes, and working independently on special projects as assigned. This individual will oversee the purchasing department, and serve as the supervisor to the purchasing administrative professional.

Title: Accountant, Unaffiliated Level 4

Location: District Service Center

Salary Range: $93,525 - $114,233

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a business or accounting background and/or previous school district accounting experience.
  • CPA preferred, but not required
