Overview

CDL Truck Driver - Daytime Route (No Overnights)

We\'re looking for a dependable Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team for local daytime deliveries of natural stone products using our 18-wheeler with a mounted forklift. This role is key to our operations - ensuring materials are delivered safely, accurately, and with great care. You\'ll be home every evening.

Base pay

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an 18-wheeler with mounted forklift (Moffett or similar)
• Load/unload stone at our yard and customer sites
• Perform daily inspections, greasing, and light maintenance
• Document and upload delivery info using a company-provided device
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Pick up bulk materials locally
• Ensure secure loads and compliance with DOT safety standards
• Participate in random/post-accident drug and alcohol testing

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL & clean driving record
• 2+ years of CDL driving experience (flatbed or oversized preferred)
• Forklift experience (or willingness to train)
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials
• Familiar with DOT regulations and basic maintenance
• Tech-friendly for documentation

Preferred

• Experience delivering stone, building, or landscape materials
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with job sites
