Essential Job Functions:

1. Load and move equipment from job site to job site
2. Operate and load/unload construction equipment
3. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
4. Report any equipment malfunctions/or concerns to the Superintendent
5. Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to make sure the truck is functioning properly
6. Maintain a high level of quality work at all times
7. Maintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all times
8. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks
9. Perform other duties as assigned
10. Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

1. 1+ year of experience
2. Class A CDL with No Restrictions Required
3. Clean Motor Vehicle Record
4. Knowledge of DOT Rules and Regulations
5. Ability to communicate and convey information effectively
6. Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 pounds
7. Knowledge of OSHA Standards
8. Ability to obtain Arsenal Badge preferred, but not required
9. Ability to obtain FBI Badge preferred, but not required
10. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as required
11. Work weekends and overtime as needed
12. Committed to attending work each day
13. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
