We are searching for a Truck Driver for our facility in Reedley, CA. We are looking for a driver who is energetic, personable, and safe. You must enjoy meeting people and be deeply familiar with nuances, such as back roads and traffic patterns.
Compensation: $23 - $25/hr.
Hours: Generally, Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm, but occasional extended hours and weekend hours during the busy season (May-August)
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Safely operate a semi with a 40’ flatbed trailer
- Strong knowledge of area to deliver boxes to customers on time
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Work occasional evenings and weekends
- Complete daily maintenance checks on equipment and notify manager of any issues
- Drive in inclement weather, such as rain or at night
- Maintain logs to track routes and deliveries
Who You Are (Basic Requirements)
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License
- At least 6 months of truck driving experience
- Forklift Operating experience
- Heavy machinery experience
- Previous experience operating a 40’ semi
- Experience hauling empty produce boxes
- Bilingual English and Spanish
