Position Overview

Retail Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical and adult use cannabis needs. They are responsible for providing customer care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Full-Time Retail Associate, who shares our passion to provide quality medicine and excellent patient care. The Retail Associate works closely with the dispensing facility leadership, reporting to the Retail Operations Manager and Retail Operations Supervisor.

Pay: $18.81 + Tips + Benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K w/Match, STD, LTD, pet insurance, and more.

Schedule: Full-time, including weekends. This position will remain open until 4/1/2025 but may be extended.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, point of sales systems, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Passionate about all aspects of retail operation, compliance, and inventory control.
• Effective consulting skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• MED badge required.

Additional Abilities

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, perform manual tasks, and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
• Effective verbal communication with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc.
• Work environment is usually moderate noise.
