Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company standards
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness on the sales floor and store as a whole
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay depends on factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
