Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Role models established customer experience practices
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures; participate in safety and shrink reduction goals
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

The position has a starting pay range of $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
