Overview

The Retail Receiving Associate is responsible for working with the Retail Receiving Lead to receive Retail product from vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive retail product from vendors
• Perform quality checks of received product based on guidelines from the Purchasing team and Retail Supervisor
• Warehouse product shelf restock
• Coordinate with Retail Receiving Lead & Supervisor on giftshop daily restock
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, POS software, and Monday.com
• Print product labels and create shop transfer sheets
• Assist with picking and packing of retail orders when operational need arises
• Accurately count monthly inventory with the team
• Maintain warehouse by cleaning, organizing, stocking, and rotating product
• Use pallet jack as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail shipping experience is preferred

Language Skills

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managers

Mathematical Skills

• Basic knowledge and understanding of math

Reasoning Ability

• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods

Work Environment

• Retail Warehouse Storage Areas
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
