Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases/returns and handle change according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience is preferred
