Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through helpfulness, high standards, and efficient operational execution.

• Greet everyone and proactively assist athletes to understand and support their needs.
• Process all merchandise according to established procedures; maintain an organized backroom.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing.
• Ensure customer experience standards are met in all processes.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality protocols.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support team efforts across the store as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, operations, maintenance, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Capability to work at heights over 4 feet using ladders or aerial lifts.
• Repetitive motion capability for up to 2 hours continuously.
