Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, high standards, and efficient execution of operational processes.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Ensure merchandise received is processed according to established procedures; keep the backroom organized and accessible.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, and executing transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing.
• Complete all processes according to service level standards to fulfill the customer experience.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or aerial lifts.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours.
