Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs; participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
