Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs; maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns, counts change back to customers, and processes merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery, keeps the sales floor clean, and supports store safety and loss prevention programs.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred.
