Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 0075 Shelton, CT. Starting pay range: $16.35 to $16.85 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards; prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction programs and participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
