WIS International is hiring: Retail Associate - Inventory in Johnson City

Overview

Retail Associate – Inventory at WIS International. Starting wage: $15.00 - $17.00. Part-time with flexible hours. Join our team as an Inventory Specialist to help customers with accurate inventory information to support better business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to provide accurate inventory information.
• Uphold WIS Core Values: Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Represent the company professionally as the face of the organization.
• May perform other duties related to inventory management as assigned and subject to change.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is considered but not required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods; ability to perform repetitive motions; able to squat, kneel, or crouch; use a ladder; lift/carry items up to 25 lbs.; frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane (including overnight stays).
• No degree required; open to candidates with gaps in employment or returning to the workforce; military experience encouraged.

• Productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, maximum of $5.00.
