We’re hiring immediately! This isn't your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn compensation including base pay and commissions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology, and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay ranges and incentives are provided. The starting base pay rate for the location is $18.27 per hour. You can earn up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all sales goals, with potential to earn more through commissions. Total compensation can range depending on geography, hours, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll Need To Have

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods

Even better if you have

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Sales experience and customer service experience
