Job Title: IT Data Analyst Job Type : Contract/ Hybrid On-Site Serve as the primary lead for analyzing data from revenue management platforms (e.g., Model N, Revitas, Vistex) to guide pricing strategies, contract optimization, and gross-to-net outcomes. Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks to track critical financial and operational metrics such as sales performance, accruals, payer outcomes, and rebate activity. Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Market Access, and IT teams to establish consistent definitions, align reporting methodologies, and maintain shared business logic. Champion data quality by driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing system upgrades that streamline processes and increase accuracy. Conduct in-depth performance reviews and trend analyses to uncover risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities within pricing and contracting models. Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and deliver concise recommendations to executive leadership and commercial teams. Lead all phases of data-focused projects, including requirement collection, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight. Provide clean, standardized historical datasets to external partners for claims processing, chargebacks, and rebate reconciliation, ensuring seamless integration of their insights back into internal systems. Build scalable data solutions that calculate financial liabilities (chargebacks, government programs, rebates), improve the accuracy of accruals, detect anomalies, and reduce reliance on outsourced partners while preparing for the implementation of next-generation revenue management systems. Manage ingestion and transformation of multiple inbound data sources, including commercial channel files, government programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare), chargeback transactions, and third-party pricing references (e.g., Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years focused on pharmaceutical revenue management or commercial operations. Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with modern data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. Solid understanding of revenue management platforms (Model N, Revitas, Vistex) and deep knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing structures and contracting practices. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
