We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Insolation Technology LTD,an established engineering consulting firm. The Data Analyst will beresponsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to supportproject decisions, improve operational efficiency, and provide insightsthat drive strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a stronganalytical background, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellentcommunication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management: Gather, clean, and maintain datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Data Analysis:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights thatsupport project management, operational efficiency, and strategicinitiatives.
• Reporting and Visualization:Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualizationtools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaboration:Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and otherdepartments to understand their data needs and provide actionableinsights.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and operational efficiency.
• Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to analyze data and forecast future trends.
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization basedon data analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an engineering consulting or similar environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability topresent complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with engineering concepts or terminology is a plus.
