Client Command has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst. The ideal Senior Data Analyst thrives on not only digging into data to uncover meaningful patterns, insights, and opportunities, but on forming a plan to improve these insights. In this role, youll go beyond reporting. You'll own the full analysis workflow, from data extraction and transformation through to interpretation, insight delivery, improvement, and final product. You should feel confident performing high level data analysis independently and know when more advanced modeling or a dedicated data science approach may be required. **Must be local**

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on data analysis to inform both strategic and operational decision-making across the business.
  • Write efficient, complex SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Spark SQL) to source, transform, and manipulate large datasets.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Databricks, Excel, and other BI tools to monitor KPIs and performance trends.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and insights in data; translate findings into actionable recommendations and business impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and product, to understand needs, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Proactively investigate opportunities and issues in data, escalating to engineering teams when advanced modeling is required.
  • Support data quality initiatives and promote a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute action plans to improve key processes, track results, and measure impact over time.
  • Research and develop machine learning models tailored to specific industries (e.g., home improvement, luxury travel, real estate).
  • Analyze cross-vertical shopping behaviors to identify reusable model architectures and transferable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Product teamto build taxonomy classification models for new markets.
  • Create advanced feature engineering techniques that reflect industry-specific decision-making patterns.
  • Develop multi-vertical predictive models for shopping intent, conversion, customer lifetime value, churn, and expansion potential.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong track record of hands-on analysis and measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, design solutions, execute improvements, and validate results against KPIs.
  • Advanced SQL expertise across multiple dialects (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Spark SQL).
  • Skilled in exploratory and statistical analysis (descriptive statistics, cohort analysis, trend analysis).
  • Experience building clear, insightful dashboards and reports in Databricks, Excel, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills able to explain complex data in a clear, business-friendly way.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Comfortable working with large, complex, and imperfect datasets in modern data environments.
  • Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience applying machine learning techniques for predictive analytics (e.g., churn, CLV, intent modeling).
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.


Nice to Have


  • Experience working in Databricks with Delta Lake or Unity Catalog.
  • Prior experience collaborating with data scientists or engineers on predictive or AI-driven projects.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, data-driven company or startup environment.
  • Automotive industry experience.

Work Environment

  • We offer a hybrid/remote work environment. Must be able to work EST hours and be willing to commute to our home office in Cumming, GA on occasion.
