Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Excel spreadsheet design and validation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing data to support our quality control and validation initiatives, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Validation: Develop and execute validation protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected from quality control systems.
2. Quality Control Systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Excel Spreadsheet Design: Create and validate complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, calculations, and reporting, ensuring functionality, usability, and data accuracy.
4. Data Integrity: Implement checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all quality control systems and spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, quality control systems, and validation procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and pivot tables.
• Experience with validation processes and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional requirements include:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and form creation.
• Formula creation in Excel.
• Worksheet validation experience.
• Fully bilingual skills.
• LIMS experience.
