As a Production Operator III, you’ll bring your knowledge and experience to conduct a variety of tasks within our world-class manufacturing facilities. We’re looking for individuals with attention to detail who enjoy working in a team environment.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Follow manufacturing procedures and guidelines to perform tasks such as loading materials into machines, removing packs, and sorting raw materials or finished products.
  • Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste; clean equipment and work areas.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment, including mechanical and programmable controls, and make adjustments for changeovers.
  • Visually inspect incoming materials and outgoing products, making minor adjustments as needed.
  • Perform and evaluate package integrity tests.
  • Assist forklift drivers with lower-level issues involving pallets, slip sheets, and stretch wrappers.
  • Identify non-conforming products, such as poorly glued boxes, incorrect codes, or labels.
  • Report product or machine problems to maintenance or warehouse personnel using plant intercoms or radios.
  • Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English, with experience in manufacturing or food production environments.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance expectations in attendance, safety, and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with and ability to operate automated equipment, including fillers, palletizers, and casing equipment.
  • High mechanical aptitude to sequence equipment for startup and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment.
  • Valid forklift license and ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift, with overtime and extended hours as needed, and flexibility to work any shift.
