Data Analyst/Management Analyst Job at Bristol Bay Native Corporation in Arlingt

SpecPro Management Services, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst/Management Analyst to support the Federal Recognition (FEDREC) Process. This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

1. Process unit vacancy promotions according to screening criteria in NGR 600-101 and NGR 600-100, and coordinate with ARNG-HRM points of contact to validate vacancies.
2. Coordinate with State points of contact to resolve eTracker issues, track actions, and provide timely responses to inquiries.
3. Conduct quality assurance for Officer and Warrant Officer Promotion packets, verifying administrative data approximately 500 packets weekly, in accordance with AR 135-175, NGR 600-100, and NGR 600-101 standards.
4. Process special orders for promotion actions, acknowledge receipt in eTracker within 2 business days, averaging 15 orders per week.
5. Respond to email and telephonic inquiries regarding promotion actions and FEDREC for the ARNG 54 states and territories and Title 10 NGB Soldiers, within 48 hours.
6. Manage access requests for the eTracker system, granting or removing access within five business days, following Public Law 99-474.
7. Maintain status reports and update packet statuses daily in the eTracker system, adhering to relevant regulations and SOPs.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with related work experience or technical training.
• Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience.
