Pay Range: $81900K-$117000K

Description

Detail-oriented analyst transforming data into impactful insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions

Optimize customer experiences and operational outcomes

Effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Maintain data quality and documentation standards

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data sets to identify trends and performance drivers

Create dashboards and reports to track key metrics

Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams

Identify improvement opportunities through data-driven hypotheses

Support A/B test design and analysis

Partner with sales teams to analyze pipeline and performance

Model pricing and margin scenarios

Qualifications

3-5 years of data analysis experience in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in database query languages and spreadsheet software

Familiarity with business intelligence tools

Experience with testing frameworks and experimental design

Strong communication and storytelling skills

Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Experience with sales process metrics and call center operations
