Pay Range: $140000K-$170000K

Join a growing Data & Analytics team with a focus on sales data.

Utilize strong analytical skills and business acumen to shape strategic decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights for customer experience improvement and growth.

Communicate data insights effectively to influence stakeholders.

Leverage web analytics and customer data platforms to support data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver actionable insights through analysis of business data and performance trends.

Design and interpret experiments to influence product development and marketing strategy.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.

Collaborate with teams to support hypothesis generation and decision-making.

Lead initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Create documentation and train team members on analytics tools and methods.

Analyze customer segmentation, lead conversion, and sales team performance metrics.

Qualifications

6 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.

Advanced SQL skills; proficiency in programming tools preferred.

Strong experience with business intelligence tools.

Proven success in designing and analyzing tests.

Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Demonstrated business acumen and stakeholder influence.

Familiarity with web analytics and data governance best practices.
