Job Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis to uncover audience behaviors and performance drivers across email campaigns.
• Research data sources to define campaign audiences and contribute to the planning phase before launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to align on data requirements and targeting strategies.
• Prepare data presentations and communicate complex analysis results effectively to stakeholders.
• Derive meaningful business insights by exploring large datasets and identifying patterns for optimization opportunities.
• Support the implementation of new data measurement techniques for retention and engagement emails.
  
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years of overall experience in data analytics or related fields.
• A degree in computer science, marketing, statistics, or a field related to data analytics is required.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data storytelling to convey insights from data effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams during campaign planning.
• Attention to detail for accurate analysis, reporting, and audience research.
• Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and statistical analysis.
  
  

Additional Details

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 11 Months
• Pay Range: $50 - 56.50 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
