Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation and testing processes.
  • Provide recommendations to improve processes and optimize performance based on data analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of data governance policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
  • Train and mentor team members in data analysis techniques and tools.

Profile

A successful Senior Data Analyst should have:

  • 4+ years of data analyst experience
  • Must have worked in a SAAS company
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of data governance and best practices in data management
