Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Palm Desert, California. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills to manage data migration and reporting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processing within our systems.

Responsibilities:

Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into specialized software systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Utilize advanced Excel formulas to organize and process data effectively.

Maintain high levels of precision during data entry and verification to uphold data integrity.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of data across platforms.

Manage and update records within the Jonas Club software.

Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in data reporting processes.

Operate provided equipment for efficient data entry tasks.

Support the team with administrative tasks, including document organization and proofreading.

Follow established procedures to maintain consistent and organized data management practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of formulas and functions.

Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately.

Familiarity with Jonas Club software is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational skills for managing data and ensuring process efficiency.

Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

At least 3 years of experience in data reporting, data entry, or related roles.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
