You will be working on multiple projects that support strategy for our eCommerce site. This role is highly visible to the business; you will partner with several Director level executives.

Responsibilities

• Running data and recommending if it makes financial and business sense to run promotions for specific products
• Pricing analysis of current product performance
• Competitor analysis of products
• Manipulating data dumps - ability to utilize VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Retail math to determine if we should onboard new products
• Project coordination

This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire in the Atlanta area. Enjoy a dynamic and high-energy team, and the ability to learn and execute business skills. You must live locally to Atlanta, but can work remotely or go into the office.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of professional work experience in either a Merchandising or Pricing or ECommerce or Financial Analyst role
• Experience managing large sets of data
• Data analysis experience - highly analytical, comfortable working with numbers, able to provide a data-driven rationale
• MS Excel - Strong Excel skills, proficient with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Ability to learn Retail Math (Markup, Margin, Sell Through, Initial Markup, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
