This role is highly visible to the business; you will partner with several Director level executives. Responsibilities Running data and recommending if it makes financial and business sense to run promotions for specific products Pricing analysis of current product performance Competitor analysis of products Manipulating data dumps - ability to utilize VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Retail math to determine if we should onboard new products Project coordination This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire in the Atlanta area. Required Skills 1+ years of professional work experience in either a Merchandising or Pricing or ECommerce or Financial Analyst role Experience managing large sets of data Data analysis experience - highly analytical, comfortable working with numbers, able to provide a data-driven rationale MS Excel - Strong Excel skills, proficient with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables Ability to learn Retail Math (Markup, Margin, Sell Through, Initial Markup, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) Preferred Skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorships are not available.
