Data Analyst (RR937) Job at HART Technologies, Inc. in Dahlgren

HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our tactical systems development team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Engineers to deliver tactical control systems and supporting our Battle Management Systems (BMS) team. Responsibilities:

• Provide Analysis of Control System Data sets to drive system enhancements or identify deficiencies.
• Develop Automation Tools to perform repetitive tasking and reduce human error.
• Receive and catalog and control sensitive data for analysis.
• Provide review and analysis of tactical system Quick Look Reports for rapid data analysis.
• Generate Analytical reports of findings related to data analysis.
• Coordinate with tactical software development team to help define improvements or refine systems to resolve system deficiencies, utilizing data sets and associated analysis to help drive solutions.
• Assist Lead Data Analyst in implementing processes and tools modernization for performing data analysis.

Required:

• Active DoD Security Clearance.
• 3+ years experience in python development.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux Operating Systems.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience working with databases.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebook.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in Data Analysis tools development.
