HART Technologies, Inc., an AS9100D certified design and build company, is looking for talented engineers to work as members of a motivated development team performing design, build, and integration of real-time tactical systems.

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Systems Data Analyst/Engineer to support an engineering services contract in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide review and analysis of software and hardware data sets to verify functionality, identify deficiencies, and drive system enhancements for tactical systems.
  • Collect and analyze test data, document results, and write analysis reports.
  • Analyze equipment failures and provide solutions and recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy automated software tools to reduce data analysis time, perform repetitive tasks, and minimize human error.
  • Coordinate with the tactical software development team to define improvements or refine systems to resolve deficiencies, utilizing data sets and analysis to drive solutions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to provide data insights and evidence to support service delivery needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, design, and development.
  • Ability to apply mathematical, statistical, and data-driven analysis to resolve issues with complex hardware and software systems.
  • Experience in data analysis, reduction, and developing solutions to technical problems in research, inspection, maintenance, and testing environments.
  • Active DoD Security Clearance.
  • Ability to travel and work onsite at NSWCDD.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including specialized experience in DOD or related programs.
  • Experience in data analysis and analysis tools software development.
