Research Operations Data Analyst

The Position:

The growing Research Operations organization supporting Research Labs and space planning needs. Together you will have the opportunity to shape and build a modern R&D environment that propels Client's drug development ambitions. Responsibilities:

1. Manually run reports to compare data from different systems
2. Create dashboard mockups
3. Document how to run the reports, as well as challenges
4. Collaborate with informatics and R&D groups across the organization
5. Space Planning and editing floor maps

Candidate Attributes:

Successful candidates will have many of the following attributes:

• Minimum education level is a bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or technology discipline
• 7+ years of technical IT experience
• Creative data visualization skills
• Tableau intermediate experience or better
• SQL query experience
• UX design experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of scientific applications and technologies
• Space planning experience is a plus
• Adobe Acrobat Pro experience is a plus
• A focus on solution delivery, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with your own team, technical IT partners, and customers
• Effective communication in both written and verbal form to non-technical audiences
• Self-starter with a passion for continuous self-improvement
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
