Pay Range: $55 - $61/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the definition, creation, testing, and maintenance of technology KRIs as reporting through the technology key risk indicator program.
2. The position will be responsible for maintenance and development of the Technology Risk Scorecard (Tableau-based) in support of the KRIs.
3. Ensuring that adds, changes, and removals of key risk indicators flow smoothly through KRI processes and stakeholders receive timeline communications regarding work requests.
4. Assisting the GCO with management of the KRI inventory / backlog.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1. Strong Tableau and SQL skills are required; SAS reporting and analysis tools are preferred.
2. Experience with troubleshooting data and reporting issues.
3. Ability to interpret business objectives and validate that metrics support those objectives.
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
5. Self-starter with initiative and ability to work across multiple organizations.
6. Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is desirable.
7. Client experience and designing business processes are a plus but not required.
