Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Irvine, is seeking a Data Analyst with AI experience to join their collaborative team. This role will focus on analyzing, auditing, and maintaining extensive datasets while contributing to AI initiatives such as building agents and working with transformer models to support innovative product development and market-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, audit, and maintain extensive datasets to support AI initiatives.
• Develop and apply data-driven solutions using transformer models and agents to enable innovative product development.
• Summarize analytical insights and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Investigate data issues, improve data collection methods, and participate in self-directed technical projects as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or software development; candidates around two years should demonstrate strong communication and technical skills; degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field required (Master’s preferred).
• Skilled in Python programming or experience with another language such as C#, with an interest in transitioning into data-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and familiarity with transformer-based models, with the ability to apply these technologies to real-world data solutions.
• Ability to summarize and communicate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical teams with clarity.
• Highly organized with strong time management; proactive in investigating data issues and improving collection methods; personal home lab or self-directed technical projects are a plus.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr
