This is a rare opportunity to shape the ML roadmap of a high-growth startup early on. Job Title: Head of Machine Learning Type: Full-Time Compensation: $225k - $250k + Meaningful Equity Role Overview: As the Head of Machine Learning, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, experimentation, and scaling of machine learning systems that directly influence user engagement, personalization, and revenue. You’ll lead a growing team of engineers and data scientists while remaining hands-on with key technical decisions.
