Data Analyst (Operations) role at Nalu Medical, Inc.

This fully in-office role (Carlsbad, CA) will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, develop and maintain reporting, and ensure data integrity across multiple business systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to supporting operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with the Customer Service and Operations teams to align processes and the various IT systems to ensure operational success
  • Create consistent, accurate, and timely reporting for various stakeholders in the Customer Service/Operations organization. Examples include Days on Hand, Stuck order performance, Sales Order Processing timelines, and Call Center phone data
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of data fields across a variety of systems and platforms: NetSuite, FLEX, Power BI, PAR
  • Assist in automating data compilation and reporting from our ERP and affiliated systems
  • Prevent data mapping failures and maintain robust reporting
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live data flows across inventory and order fulfillment systems
  • Monitor and enhance Power BI dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide analytical support for inventory processes including PAR and FIRE
  • Collaborate onsite with cross-functional teams – especially Sales Operations and IT – to resolve issues and optimize workflows
  • Support configuration and testing of system integrations, automations, and webhooks

Qualitifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing or Business/Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a data analysis role
  • Understanding of data structures and best practices in business analytics
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, understand data sources and hierarchy, and compile and report business metrics
  • High fluency in Microsoft Office products, with expert knowledge in Power Query and Excel, including VBA code
  • Desire to embrace change and uncertainty that comes with high growth organizations
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to operate independently while under stress
  • Ability to customize reports for various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively amongst multiple teams and team members
  • Experience with NetSuite and Power BI preferred
