Job Purpose: As the Data Intelligence Analyst, your job purpose will be to gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns and then make recommendations for business actions.

Job Functions

  • Summarize data reports for review by executives, management, and stakeholders.
  • Compile Business Intelligence (BI) or trends to support actionable recommendations for management to make data-driven decisions.
  • Execute BI projects within assigned budget and timelines.
  • Coordinate with programs and departments to translate business requirements, identify reporting needs, define the reporting requirements, design the report, and write the code required to deliver the coherent BI reports.
  • Gather business intelligence from various sources, including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or other internal company sources.
  • Consolidate data from multiple data sources into meaningful reports.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and update reports as data system enhancements are implemented, or business rules evolve.
  • Generate BI reports, dashboards, and data models with the help of BI tools and Microsoft Power Platform, etc.
  • Perform research, identify, resolve BI report-related issues, and provide results and findings to management.
  • Use BI tools to analyze data for trends and patterns.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service to internal and external staff and stakeholders.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications:

  • Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company as described
