Alchemy group is hiring: Business Analyst in Orlando

• Develop and deliver automated reports using tools such as Power BI and other business intelligence platforms, ensuring they are timely, accurate, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the client or business unit they are designed to serve.
• Interpret data from multiple internal systems, cross-referencing where needed to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and outliers in data and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders for action.
• Build a deep understanding of Alchemy’s internal platforms and data flows to extract meaningful insights that improve performance and profitability and meet key needs of our clients and partners.
• Work closely with operational, commercial and information technology leaders to understand reporting requirements and tailor outputs accordingly.
• Maintain a structured inventory of regularly required reports and ensure they are delivered consistently and accurately.
• Own processes from end-to-end, identifying problems through to implementing solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of data reporting processes by suggesting improvements and potential areas for automation.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem solving.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and synthesize into coherent, actionable reports.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment, with teams spread across multiple regions and timezones.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and clarity in reporting.
• Professional and adaptable self-starter who wants to join a rapidly growing global business.
