The Role

You are a data storyteller who loves turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll use your analytical skills to solve meaningful business challenges, build intuitive dashboards, and uncover opportunities that drive growth. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization—marketing, product, operations, and more—so your work will directly shape customer experiences, improve marketing performance, and influence key business decisions. What You’ll Do

  • Dive into large, complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities that shape customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Use SQL to extract and transform data with accuracy, ensuring every insight is built on a solid foundation.
  • Translate numbers into clear, actionable recommendations that influence high-level business decisions.

Tell Stories Through Dashboards & Insights

  • Build dynamic dashboards in Power BI that bring KPIs to life and empower teams to act with confidence.
  • Blend analytics with storytelling using tools like Power BI, Mixpanel, and Excel to make insights resonate and drive action.

Drive Growth Through Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and operations to design and deliver growth initiatives that fuel business success.
  • Shape scalable data governance practices that build trust and consistency across the organization.
  • Stay curious and ahead of the curve, bringing fresh ideas and best practices in analytics, visualization, and growth strategies to the team.

What You’ll Bring

Skills & Expertise

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences).
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate insights into stories that influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Data & Technical Mastery

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with deep proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, and report automation.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, partnering effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, thriving in ambiguity and change.

What We Offer

Compensation: Expected salary range of $90,000 - $106,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed during the interview process.
