What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary data analyst for the Sales department, providing data-driven decision support.
• Act as a bridge between the Sales team and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Contribute to the overall business intelligence strategy by identifying opportunities for process improvements and new analytics capabilities.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data structures and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain the data dictionary and analytics reporting stack for revenue-facing functions.
• Use SQL to extract and manipulate data, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.

What You'll Bring

Core Skills & Experience include:

• SQL: Comfortable writing and reading queries for data analysis and visualization.
• Database Administration and Optimization: Familiar with SQL and underlying database technology.
• Data Visualization: Experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI) and translating data requests into effective visuals.
• Data Analysis for Stakeholders: Ability to translate business problems into data projects and deliver insights.
• Data Modeling and Prediction: Capable of extending analysis to predictive modeling in BI platforms, Excel, or code.

Team & Tools

You’ll join the GTM team, a group focused on pragmatism, simplicity, and speed of execution. Tools and technologies include various data languages, frameworks, and collaboration platforms.
