Job Responsibilities

  1. The Power BI Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining automated Power BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
  2. Review existing client report samples provided as a guide and build baseline templates in Power BI for client feedback and updates from stakeholders.
  3. Work with the reporting project team to ensure documented design standards applicable to all reports are followed in the template build.
  4. Gathers reporting requirements and analyzes data to provide recurring and ad hoc reports to the sales organization.
  5. Performs quality assurance and tests conclusions to ensure validity of the analysis.
  6. Uses in-depth knowledge of sales and business processes to identify business challenges.
  7. Leverages data and analytics to provide or propose solutions to drive business growth.
  8. Documents and/or cross-trains other team members to support recurring analysis and reporting processes.
  9. Delivers recurring reports and/or analyses to internal customers on time.
  10. Interprets data accurately and draws conclusions regarding what the data means and who in the business needs to receive the resulting information.
  11. Uses existing BI tools and reporting databases to understand or make conclusions from the data for decision-making purposes.
  12. Validating and processing data import inquiries.
  13. Assisting with lead assignment updates, including updating and management of lead assignment rules, reassignment of leads, and validation of lead distribution with stakeholders.
  14. Ensuring sufficient data quality is maintained to effectively support the business process and reporting accuracy.
  15. Identifying, investigating, and managing the resolution and escalation of data quality issues.
  16. Coordinating ongoing data quality audits.
  17. Coordinating various data cleanup tasks, including ensuring that leads are assigned to the appropriate owner, standardizing data, and ensuring that necessary data fields are populated.
