Description
Our Client is looking for a leader to drive marketing analytics and optimization for their B2B world-wide. As a part of the Digital Marketing team, this role is developing and optimizing customer journey for the growth of our Client’s digital platforms worldwide.
We’re seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Paid Search & Analytics Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys diving into campaign performance, and is passionate about optimizing digital marketing strategies. Key metrics will be revenue generated by usage, and engagement, and create scalable processes for existing customers and seasonal ad events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize analytics behind paid search keyword and demand generation campaigns
- Execute event-based campaigns, implement approved messaging, and ensure performance goals are met
- Manage and update current customer campaigns with performance insights
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to meet KPIs
- Monitor and report on bidding strategies and campaign lift across multiple markets
- Collaborate on the rollout of new bidding structures and influence future planning
- Update and maintain dashboards using SQL queries and Excel
- Teach team members how to run queries and integrate data into weekly reports
- Create and deliver clear, actionable reporting outputs
- Work cross-functionally to share insights and campaign updates
- Write performance summaries and contribute to strategic planning
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in paid search marketing, especially with Google Ads
- Strong analytics background with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL (queries provided, but ability to write/edit is a plus)
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Ad Cloud and Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with event-based marketing campaigns
