Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The Senior Data Analyst, Manufacturing role is part of the Manufacturing Digital Tools & Procedures team, which optimizes manufacturing operations through procedures and advanced digital solutions. The analyst will be involved in day-to-day decision-making for product lines, functions, and new products under development. Responsibilities include working with manufacturing leadership to develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality; conducting detailed analysis of manufacturing data; collaborating with cross-functional teams; monitoring industry trends; documenting manufacturing processes; leading kaizen, lean manufacturing, or six sigma initiatives; providing input into capacity planning and workforce management; implementing manufacturing KPIs; and supporting new product development from a manufacturing perspective. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field (master’s preferred), experience with data visualization tools (Python, Typescript, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, MS VBA), proven experience in manufacturing strategy or analysis, strong analytical skills, familiarity with manufacturing software, excellent communication skills, experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, ability to work collaboratively and lead projects, and U.S. Person status due to export control requirements. The role offers a salary range of $127,500 - $191,250 USD plus competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, life insurance, paid leave, family planning support, mental health resources, professional development stipend, meals, commuter benefits, relocation assistance, and 401(k) retirement plans.
