Job Title: EDI Analyst

Length: 6 month contract with extensions

Location: Hybrid in Plano, TX

Pay: 22-25/hr

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to work for a client in Plano, TX. The candidate will work with employee benefits administration and file transmission operations using proprietary company software, as well as using PROD/DEV data environments.

Other duties include:

- Perform Data quality audits comparing data from multiple sources

- Conduct on-going data transmissions to carriers, vendors, and clients

- Inbound/Outbound file transmission validation (EDI)

- Create and Manage File Specifications for outbound file requests (834/CEF/FixedWidth/and more)

- Open Enrollment implementation and support

- File build, testing, and data validation

- Continual enrollment and data integrity audits via quarterly/monthly extracts and data compares

- Client Team support of weekly on-going updates and administration processes (i.e.: class change, pay mode update, client/carrier reporting)

- Extract, import, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources

- Data and Table comparisons for Data Quality Auditing. Heavy use of Vlookup/ Index-Match

MUST HAVES:

• 3 years of experience with Data Files
• Proficient with Excel (V-Lookups and Index Match)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Data Set Comparison/Data Auditing
• Experience with benefits, insurance, or healthcare
• Proficient with EDI files
