Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
We are seeking a Sr. Data Insights Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into functional reporting requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This role will go onsite 3 days per week to Newark, DE and is a fulltime opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full data lifecycle analysis, including requirements gathering, data preparation, validation, and visualization.
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data and key metrics for business solutions.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to optimize reporting and improve decision-making processes.
- Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and implement new reporting formats and visualization methods to deliver impactful insights.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, engaging with business owners to discuss requirements, progress, risks, and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce experience required.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, release management, workflow documentation, and change management processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into clear business terms.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.
- Proficiency in creating process workflows with Visio or similar tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data.
