Residential Construction Worker role at Champion Homes

Location: Rochester, NY

Responsibilities

  • Join to apply for the Residential Construction Worker role and help build new crews in Western NY. Crews will set new manufactured homes and prepare them for their owners to move.
  • Use construction skills such as trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, rough carpentry, or other applicable areas.
  • Safely complete work in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team.

Schedule and Compensation

The typical work schedule is 5-6 days per week; all hours over 40 are paid at time and a half. Starting wage is based on documented experience and skill set.

In most positions, a driver's license is not required but is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience with construction skills such as trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, rough carpentry, or related areas.
  • Driver's license preferred (not required in most positions).
  • Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.
